Hello! My name is Tiara, and I am delighted to assist you in your real estate journey. I am a Texas REALTOR®.
Before entering the world of real estate, I found and nurtured my life's purpose. My professional journey is founded on my love of education. I served as a college and career advisor, helping rising professionals plan and develop their career paths.
After years of serving in this capacity, I knew that I wanted to continue helping others. I decided to enter the corporate world, choosing to build a career in the financial sector. It was here where I was able to combine my passions of education and helping others. It was here, within Fortune 500 companies, that I learned the fundamental principles of finances. I recognized that I would need to become a real estate entrepreneur to carry out my true passion.
My focus includes assisting buyers in finding their dream homes. I help sellers sell their Texas homes and individuals with their rental needs-apartments, condos, and house rentals. But I provide so much more. I feel that it's not simply enough to complete a housing transaction.
Whether finding a new rental home, buying your first house, or selling your third home, there is always room to learn. It is always beneficial to receive a little more education about the process. I empower my clients by sharing more in terms of the process. I intend to make sure that every client I have the pleasure of working with not only has a successful transaction but an informational one as well.
I pledge to indulge you in every aspect of your process, answering your questions and providing my expert opinion in each situation. I also will make my network available to you for additional home-related services. Applicable services include appraisers, general contractors, staging professionals, and many other industry experts dedicated to providing you with an A1 experience.
My services are customer-oriented and built on the core values of transparency, consistency, and responsible management. I genuinely strive to assist individuals in achieving their real-estate-related goals, from securing a rental home, purchasing a new home, or starting a new stream of income in the short-term rental industry. I am here for you. I currently serve Collin and Dallas counties, concentrating in Dallas, Richardson, Plano, and Allen.
